Treasury tax is funded by billed token-consumption value, not deducted from rewards.
Required for initial genesis mint. Will be permanently revoked after full 1B supply is minted. After revocation, no new tokens can ever be created.
Will be revoked immediately after genesis. After revocation, no account can ever be frozen.
Controlled by multisig with mandatory timelock. Any upgrade is publicly visible before execution. Will be frozen after protocol stabilization.
This page exists so anyone can inspect the structure, the addresses, and the authority state of the pool. Every field will become independently verifiable on-chain after deployment.
